Volunteering Hebrides is our vibrant, dynamic, innovative social action charity through which we deliver

Islanders!  / Befriending and the Embark Community Activities Project.

Established in 2010, we provide unique, life-changing interventions and volunteering and training opportunities for vulnerable and disadvantaged adults living in our remote, rural island communities.

Everything we do contributes towards our vision that our communities should be fairer, healthier, more prosperous, better educated and that individuals should have the opportunity to develop to their potential.

People are at the heart of everything we do.  The direction of our projects is shaped by the feedback and suggestions of participants, volunteers, staff, directors and community members.
